I am having some issues with a site that recently went live. The base url when traveling to the website is:http://appalachianbikergear.com.... The site displays well and even functions properly, however when you click on a link on the website, all of the pages links are replaced with the tilde included.

For example:
Once you go tohttp://appalachianbikergear.com,... and click on the products link in the top navigation. The page loads as:http://appalachianbikergear.com/products,... but if you look at all of the links on the page they have been replaced with:http://appalachianbikergear.com/~username/foobar.... I really want to remove this problem, because it is affecting our google analytics tracking and I really don't want the username displayed within the url. Not a great security measure.

Also on my project page inside of concrete5, there are multiple links to the site including links that should have been removed by this time. Is there any way to remove the extra links? And any help with this tilde issue would be greatly appreciated.
