Specifications for dedicated hardware

Drupal 6 requires us to allocate 128MB of memory for every PHP request. More if we have many modules installed.
Is there such a specification for Concrete? If I am trying to build a dedicated server for a Concrete environment, what benchmark to I use to decide how much RAM to start with?
