Specified Key was too Long??

Hi guys,
Seems like I cant even upload a basic installation DB up to my Bluehost server.
Concrete Version: concrete5-8.5.2
The Error:
"ERROR 1071 (42000) at line 181: Specified key was too long; max key length is 767 bytes"
This for test purposes is the elemental full install. Nothing else. When uploading the DB to Bluehost or through mySqlWorkbench I get the same error. Bluehost cant help with this database "issue" so I thought I'd reach out to you and plead for help.
