SSL Error: Connection not Fully Encrypted

So, I just (and finally) implemented an SSL certificate on my domain. But whenever I load any pages, the connection is not fully encrypted.

I know it's a free SSL certificate, but even so, this is strange, no?

The media I inserted is encrypted, but the background images are not.

Help?

Thanks :D

Oh, and I looked, and NONE of the files inside the concrete5 "Packages" folder are encrypted, which is why the background isn't. What can I do?

What do you mean, did I add an S to the base_URL?
I'm running cPanel on my server, and it implements the SSL certificate once I paste in the CSR, and Private Key.

You can see here:

It works on every page now, except one.
