Stuck on 'adding block types'

Hi! Very new to this..! just working through the installation and the progress bar gets stuck on 'Adding block types' for around three hours and then the progress bar goes red with the only option but to go 'back'... does anyone have any ideas what I may have done wrong here?

I get the following error - Failed to load resource: net::ERR_TIMED_OUT http://mysite.com/concrete5.7.3.1/index.php/install/run_routine/ele... Failed to load resource: net::ERR_TIMED_OUT

hello,
you might not have done anything wrong?

Are you installing this locally or with a host.
Your php error log might have some kind of error that would help investigate further.

It sounds as this is likely more related to the host. Could be the amount of memory allowed for php etc... Or could be a missing dependency that hasn't been flagged? Or mysql acting up...?

Thanks for your reply! In the end I just installed concrete5 as an application directly through my hosting and all working well! :)
