Superfish Menu issue

Hello,
I've just purchased Superfish Menu and installed as shown in screencast demo. For some reason, it doe not show on any other pages other than home page.

$a = new Area('Header Nav');
$a->display($c);
?>
</div>
Where do I set it up on which pages to show or not? For now I just want to show on all pages. Thank you

Pages and Themes->Page Types-> Click default next to the page type you want to modify then edit it and hit publish
