Template Install Issues on multiple sites. Anyone else seeing this?

I've tried uploading free and paid templates to two different sites today and I end up seeing this message:
The package could not be installed:
* Invalid package or no package specified.
It seems odd that it would be on two different sites and that it is happening on all template installations.
Is anyone else seeing this?
