I am attempting to upgrade a couple of addons I have but am having trouble, one has already wiped my db for that package but not replaced or upgraded anything, and when trying to update it I get

no error message other then "1" trying to install add-ons via the dashboard is difficult as the client does not have zip installed but I can install these once I download and then upload the package via ftp.

Is there a way I can get to the updated add-on via the market place? when ever I go to the page via market place or even clicking on the link from my projects page with the Licence I still only get a "add to basket" link

I think I have resolved one half it would appear that some where in the update the folders where deleted?

After checking the db to see all my data there.

I checked the server sure enough the folders where missing. I have re-uploaded and everything is back to giving me error messages about non existing unzip.

But at least I have a better idea of what's going wrong now.

If anybody knows why the update would have deleted the folders please let me know.

Thanks
Sean

I attempted to download the new addon again this time, the folder deleted and removed all the occurrence of my block?

Is this meant to happen, I mean when I click update is the original folder meant to be deleted? and if so should it not be done once the update has been downloaded and unzipped?

As our client does not have unzip on their server its a pain if they attempt to update a block only to have to call us to put it back.
