What internet browser are you using?

If it is Internet Explorer 9 (IE9) then you will probably have to but it into IE8/quirks mode.

To do that click the icon on the right hand side of the address bar that looks like a sheet of paper ripped in two (next to the refresh icon).

You should then be able to move your pages.
