Theme failing to load after upgrade to 5.4 - only when cache is enabled

I just updated rosecityrollers.com from 5.3.3.1 to 5.4.0.5

Unfortunately the theme doesn't load properly when Caching is enabled. It looks like the CSS files just aren't found/loaded.

If I disable caching the site renders fine.

I've tried clearing the cache, no change.

I've upgrades several other sites with custom themes and all have seemed to transition fine, it's just this one that's failing to play nice with the upgrade. The only immediate difference I can see is that the theme for rosecityrollers.com has a space in the name ("2009 refresh") but the rest of my sites I've been careful to use dashes and underscores in names.

Any other ideas why this might be happening?

I'd share a screen grab of what it looks like with caching enabled, but it's pretty self explanatory- no CSS to define the layout, background, etc.- everything puked on the page in order.

I'm having the exact same problem... I tried creating a thread about his but it pretty much died with no solutions.
Can anyone offer some insight into this:

I had the same problem. Had to downgrade back to 5.3.3.1 to get it working again

I'd love if someone could sort this out or shed some light on to how I might be able to do so myself.
