Theme Installation Problem

Hi to all!
Just bought the theme "Corporate America" but I did that through account assigned to the old website, which is innactive now. So the only way to install this on my purposed site, is a manual way.

I'm trying to connect with FTP FileZilla.

I'm entering ftp.douglasscrip.com and passwords but it says couldn't connected to server!
site ishttp://www.douglasscript.com
host - bluehost.

Thanks

That sounds like a Bluehost Problem not concrete5.

Some hosts, such as us, actually lock ftp connections as an added degree of security. If you have a control panel access, I suggest you log in and check that the FTP is unlocked. Otherwise, as tallacman suggests, this is a Bluehost issue and not Concrete5. Contact them and double check your log in credentials.

No it's not a hosting anymore, I reinstalled account and uploaded the theme as it described in the C5 manual, but the dashboard doesn't see any theme it looks like it's empty.

Did you put it in your themes folder? It has to go in the packages folder if it is a package, which it is. Try putting it there and it should/might work.

damn, just only now I re-installed it in the main themes and it appeared but doesn't work correct.
Now I will try to put it in the packages.

look at the attachment is that should be an appropriate tree?

Take the entire unzipped theme_corporateamerica folder and put it in the packages directory in the root of your concrete5 install (not concrete/packages). Then, go to Dashboard->Add Functionality and the theme package should show up to the right to install. Click Install.

adminass,
The theme doesn't come with any photos/content installed. The images used in my demo are fromhttp://www.sxc.hu andhttp://clipart.com

I think you got that error because of trying to install the theme incorrectly before (by putting it in the wrong directory). Everything should be fine now though.
