Theme installs OK but doesn't show up in Pages & Themes

I'm trying to offer support to someone who bought one of my themes from the marketplace and he's having an issue where the theme shows up as being installed in the Add Functionality list but not in the Pages & Themes list.
I've not seen this error before. I can't replicate it on my own host server or locally. Most recent release of C5 and the theme.
Might it be as simple as the download be corrupt?

Which theme? Have you tried to duplicate the issue?

It's with the Stellar theme. I've tried to replicate it with the latest version of C5 on both local & my own shared hosting account & can't get the same issue.
It's happened twice with the same theme now for two different people who've downloaded the theme this week

Just tried it again on the hosted environment & getting the call to member function error that they are reporting when doing the Sample content.
I then went in to uninstall the theme & only half of the page templates were present for uninstall. Is this a time out issue maybe?

Can you assign me a license? Ill try it out. Im thinking it may have to do with your v0.9.6 conflicting with the v0.9.6.1 in some weird version naming $%^@!
Try bumping the newest version up to 1.0.1 or something a bit larger...

v0.9.6.1 is a stripped back version that doesn't have any sample content stuff in it. It just went up this afternoon.
