Theme Not Associating with Project

Hello,
I have purchased the theme “Corporate”, but when I try to associate this with my project, it does not appear on my "Add Funtionality" section on my dashboard of my website (www.smeenviro.com.au).
When I attempt to install it manually, it does appear, but it says "Broken package (handle theme_corporate)." and cannot install it. See snip image attached.
Tried to disconnect project from my Concrete 5 account in order to reconnect, and now I cannot seem to reconnect to Community.
Can you help me?

I have the same problem with the Theme Silence and associated extras I bought at the same time. Having read that manually installing has caused a problem I haven't tried that but C5 has always been super reliable up to now and this is a major problem. I really don't have the time to mess around. C5 Team get a grip!
It turned up some 24 hours after I bought it, Glitch methinks
