Time and Date

Hi All,
I have failed to find the area where i change the website time & date. How do i adjust this? And i have tried the time zone in dashboard but it shows me only a little box to tick. No fields for any info input.

You can alter time and date formats by defining constants with php date format strings in config/site.php.

The constants with default English (US) formats are summarised at the end of:

This is an interesting question, as I've set timezone in the past, but my sites are always an hour off for some reason ?!
