Tools bar desapear on home page

Hi,
I just migrate my site from dev to server (WAMP to Linux) and after renaming all the tables names etc... everything works fine now but when I log into the dashboard it's redirect me to the homepage but the tools doesn't appears.
But if I go to one of my other pages the tools are here ???
I attached the site map just in case.

I just clear the cache...
