Hi there,

I just purchased the Aviary Image Editor (Aviary Image Editor (http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/aviary-image-editor/) through my Concrete5 account.

I then went to associate Aviary with the client website through the "Projects" page only to realize that the client website was associated with my colleague's account.

What is the best way to solve this? Can I transfer the add-on from my account to my colleague's account? Can I change the account the website is associated with?

Is there a specific part of the Concrete 5 team that I should contact?

Thanks,

Best Regards,

James

Get your colleague to go to this link when signed inhttp://www.concrete5.org/profile/projects/...

Have them click on the project in question and than have them add you to the management team from the "add user to management team" option on the projects page. From there you can add your add-on license to the project.

There are 2 ways you can fix the issue.
One is to move the project:http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/editors/transfer-a-p...

The other is for him to add you as a contributor, then you can add the addon license to the project.
