Transfer single pages/multiple pages from one concrete5 instance to another

hello,
I read a lot about moving sites from one server to another. but now I have a problem. I have 2 instances of c5, one test and one live.
now I created some pages on the test and want to move them to the live instance. the other pages on the two servers are different from each other. so I don't want to mirror test to live, but just transfer single complete pages from test to live. How can I do that? do I have to find the database entries and files for this specific pages and then copy them ?
