Trouble Logging in after moving site offline (mamp)

I just recently moved my site offline to do some investigation on a few problems my site has. I copied over all the files and also copied over the db. Yet I cannot login to the dashboard?

Any thoughts?

Ok now I can get into the dash now but I dont think the the DB transfer went so well because the pages are not opening when i click on the links
