Trouble when installing with template

I have an error when installing concrete on my hosting with a template, when I use empty site, it goes well, but if try use "regular" site, it's shows error but without any text in it, and if I install empty site, I don't have blocks except "form". Sorry for bad English, I using concrete in my localization
