trying to go live by redirecting domain name

I am trying to redirect the domain and drop the "test" domain. I have a new domain pointing to the location

http://www.logomatsmadeinamerica.com/logomats/... I have it successfully pointed there.

Now I'm trying to make that the primary and drop the webtest6 as the primary. That is not working.

I have a technician helping me....but we are having problems. Can you help.

Being new to concrete5, I don't know what is the best way to build a site when the customer has an existing website. Your documentation is not good.

This sounds like a hosting service problem, not a C5 problem. What hosting service are you using?

Also, I noticed that you misspelled rainbow. See attachment :)

It appears to be live. Was this just a propagation issue?

The question doesn't make much sense. I think they are asking how to drop the other test domain.

Is it that you are trying to make the primary domain the name your concrete5 account is associated with? - Rather than the test domain, that no doubt got associated with your concrete account during development?
