Trying to update to 5.6 and when I try to update it says that 5.5.x is the latest version, so no worries

Or something to that effect. Any ideas why it's not wanting to upgrade or it doesn't realize that we can upgrade? I tried forcing the upgrade and then I got an exception of 0 when it was trying to figure out which page to display, so I just copied over the concrete folder with 5.5.x and it's working again. Anyways.. help? :)
