Trying to upgrade 5.3.2 from Dashboard

At the top of Dashboard I have "The latest version of Concrete5 is 5.4.2.2. You are running 5.3.2. Update Now!" Clicking the Update Now link simply takes me tohttp://www.concrete5.org/developers/downloads/... which doesn't give me much further guidance.
According to the only upgrade reference I can find @http://www.concrete5.org/documentation/how-tos/developers/manually-... I should be able to do an in-Dashboard automatic upgrade, except the UI mentioned doesn't seem to be a part of 5.3.2

I just upgraded a couple of sites from 5.3.2 and if I remember correctly, the Dashboard UI for upgrading doesn't appear until your site is manually upgraded to 5.4.2.2
After that initial upgrade, all the following upgrades should be pretty easy from the dashboard.
