Unable to connect to Community

New install no problems until I tried to connect to the Community.

Receiving error:
Unable to generate a marketplace token. Please ensure that allow_url_fopen is turned on, or that cURL is enabled on your server. If these are both true, It's possible your site's IP address may be blacklisted for some reason on our server. Please ask your webhost what your site's outgoing cURL request IP address is, and email it to us at help@concrete5.org.

cURL and allow_url_fopen are enabled verified with phpinfo.php process.

I have several other C5 sites hosted on this same server. All can access the Community just fine. So the IPs are not being blacklisted by the Community servers.

Anyone have any suggestions????

I was able to get a resolution from help@concrete5.org

They suggested performing a traceroute to concrete5.org.

After determining that one of my loadbalanced servers had a nameserver problem, I forced connection to the working server.

I was then able to connect to the Community without a problem.
After forcing connection to the "broken" server it would then connect to the Community as well.

I do not know what was causing the original nameserver issues on the "broken" server as I did not have any problems connecting to any other site except concrete5.org (ex: yahoo.com, google.com, msn.com).

Hi bgmcguire,

Sounds like you got it resolved. There shouldn't be anything too exotic in how we connect-- the URL is justhttp://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/connect...

From those last two traces, it looks like you're eventually hitting out server.
