I am trying to install concrete locally using WAMP, but am getting the Unable to connect to database message. I think I've got the Database info correct, I've tried both localhost and 127.0.0.1 as the server.

My database user has % as the host, All Privileges, and Grant is Yes.

In my phpMyAdmin when I go to status I notice I get an Aborted Connects every time I hit the install button, not sure if that means anything.

Any direction would be great as I'm excited to get started using Concrete.
