Unable to get permission key for view_newsflow after Update

Hi,
after updating using the internal update system of concrete5 I got the error message "Unable to get permission key for view_newsflow".
I found a couple of mentioning of the error in the forum but I didn't see a simple applicable solution as I do not understand where to apply the solution suggested here:

Does anybody know how to fix this error or in what file to apply the solution mentioned above?
