Unable to add iFrame block
Permalink
Hi,
Hope someone could help, as i have read through the forum posts, looked at documentation too.
I downloaded the iFrame block and uploaded and unzipped into /blocks on root directory of C5 installation.
Even tried renaming folder to /blocks/iFrame , made no difference.
Tried the second method of logging into marketplace.
When i go to the Add Functionality page, the iFrame block shows on the right, from the marketplace and there is also a little icon underneath for iFrame, says install iFrame... BUT THERE IS NO link to actually click on, no way to actually install it?
Any ideas anyone?
Also looked in the database, no mention of iframe anywhere. As i had read that sometimes upon installing / uninstalling blocks, there can be lingering table entries.
I have added a screenshot of what i get on the add functionality page.
Regards,
Av

I hadn't thought of using a different browser, as it appears all the rest of the functionality was working. Yes i was using IE7, when i had briefly used IE6, dashboard wasnt displaying correctly.
Thanks for the heads up, I used Firefox and the install button appeared :)
Thanks Again.

also, are you using ie7? there is a known issue with just ie7 where the install button doesnt show up on the right in add functionality.
