Unexpected Error Downloading Update Version: 5.4.2.2.

Does anyone have any idea why I'm getting the following error message when trying to update my version of C5, in the C5 dashboard please?

Message reads: "The following errors occurred when attempting to process your request:

The directory /kunden/homepages/10/d418847513/htdocs/app418847530/updates must be writable by the web server."

What am I doing wrong????

Sounds like permissions somewhere in your file directory.

Check that Files, Packages and Config are all at "777". I've noticed that Concrete sometimes drops these (or maybe it's cPanel).

If you get the message again after changing the permissions, check to see if they have reverted again and post back.
