I can not access my site nor the dashboard. I am getting this error and Im not sure what to do.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in /home6/nmtmarke/public_html/mitchels/concrete/themes/dashboard/elements/header.php on line 18

did you get this resolved?
It looks like you have some bad code in your theme.
Youll have to troubleshoot it via ftp.
