Update error from 5.6.1 > 5.6.2.1

Hi,

Again problems with updating concrete5 CMS...

This time I get the following error:

- Downloaded update via Dashboard
- Updated via Dashboard
- Tried manually uploading file's but didn't work

Could not find any answers.
Any suggestions?

"Unable to access" - seems like a file permission problem. Check the permissions.
