update form 5.6.0.2 to 5.6.1 ist not available

I tried to update to update 5.6.1 for the 5.6.0.2 system but i got the message:
Currently Running 5.6.0.2 No updates available.

How can I update the System?

Download v5.6.1 fromhttp://www.concrete5.org/developers/downloads/... and upload it (uncompressed) to [root]/updates/concrete5.6.1 it will show up in the dashboard as an available update.

Make sure you backup your database before installing.
