Update from 5.7.5.9 to 5.7.5.13 unsuccessful
Permalink
Hello,
I have tried to update my website from version 5.7.5.9 to 5.7.5.13 and I have been unsuccessful twice. I want to update it to version 8 but saw that I needed to update it to .13 before I can go to 8. However, after I got through the process of updating it, I'm left with this message - "Apply Downloaded Update. No updates are ready to be installed." I am trying to update it through the concrete 5 dashboard. I go to the updates page, and went through the steps there. But even though it said it's successfully updated to .13 it doesn't show any options to update it to 8. Clicking the "check for updates" button doesn't come up with anything either. I'm not sure what to do next. Help? Thanks ahead of time!

Same here. No luck with updating sites.
I would try doing a manual upgrade -https://documentation.concrete5.org/tutorials/how-to-manually-upgrad...
Thanks hutman. That article helped. I used that info to successfully manually upgrade to 5.7.5.13. I still struggled to update to version 8 but read that 8 needed a higher PHP version than what I was currently running. So I had to change the PHP settings from my cpanel to PHP 5.6. That worked well. I also had to re-enable the file info section as that was causing a fatal error. Side note - PHP 5.6 seemed better as I am using Vivid Thumb Gallery which didn't seem to work with PHP 7. Thanks for the replies and hope that you get your site working jmonroe!
