Update from version 5.5.1 to 5.5.2.1 - Error Page Not Found

I like to keep my site up to date so I can experience firsthand how updates affect my site owners ... when I tried to upgrade from 5.5.1 to 5.5.2.1 (by clicking on "Learn more and update" it got a Page Not Found Error - with this link --http://projectsbypeggy.com/index.php/dashboard/system/maintenance/u...

To me it looked like the last 2 folders, /update/update/ were wrong. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
