I'm running Concrete5 v 5.6.1.2.
It's asking me to update to 5.6.3.4 but backup the database first. When I try and run the backup on the database (run backup on backup database page) I get the following error:
No data received
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE
This is on Chrome. If I try it on Firebox I get the following error:
The connection was reset
Can someone tell me what is happening and advise on how I can resolve please?

Some options
- Backup the database from your host's account admin panel
- Slim down the site by clearing old page versions (job) and truncating page statistics and logs (throug the host admin)
- Use 'Extreme Clean' to do a very aggressive version of the above
- Use 'Backup Voodoo' to make the backup.
