Updating from 5.4.2 to 5.5

Hi all
i just upgraded an old site and got the following error?
Fatal error: Call to a member function getCollectionID() on a non-object in /home/bostogcs/public_html/updates/concrete5.5.2.1/concrete/blocks/autonav/controller.php on line 25
any ideas on what to do - should i just reupload the autonav folder?
