Updating Not Working Correctly

I keep getting either the following message
Invalid form token. Please reload this form and submit again.
Or when I press Download to update 5.7.5.9 to .10, the circle keeps spinning on the tab and eventually stops and produces the same message.
Version 8 on another site spins at the Dashboard icon top right corner when trying to install themes.
