hi, you need to make sure you have a backup of the database before you do anything so you can roll back if you have to.

Ideally if you have phpmyadmin get an export of the full database.

The C5 database backup is not always reliable depending on the size of the database and resource limits on your hosting.

Thank for your reply; Last time the site has some error, I can't remember but I didn't do a backup so I had to install again from the latest back up.

All I remember is that it had something to do with my hosting company (1AND1) but not 100% sure that was the only problem.

I am really afraid to do anything :) since It's my company site and that it's pretty well ranked.

The best would be to have a concrete5 specialist do it for me because 1/I am not a webmaster and 2/English is not my first language.

the best thing to do is post a job in the jobs area. The most important thing is that whomever is making the changes has solid C5 experience and will definitely take full backups prior to doing anything and guarantee that if they do come across some unexpected error that they will be able to restore your site back exactly as it is.

If it were me I'd get them to run up a clone of the site locally, perform the upgrade and troubleshoot any errors before getting to the live stage in case there are some issues with the upgrade - but that would take longer and cost you more.
