Upgrade 5.5.2.1 to 5.6.1.2 Advanced Permissions Problem

Hi,
I try to fix following problems:
Website with advanced permissions, 25 user with different, granular permissions.
Upgrade 5.5.2.1 to 5.6.1.2 runs without problems, frontside o.k., backsite seems also o.k., but only when I'm logged in as Super Admin. When I logged in as administrator or user, i can't see any pictures or files in the filemanager, witch are assigned to filesets. All my 90 filesets have names with underscores, and I get the message 'Set Names must only include alphanumerics and spaces' (Why was this changed?).
I changed the names of the filesets by replacing the underscore to hyphen, so I get no fault-message, but pictures are still missing. Admins and users can't add pictures to filesets.
All permissions for filemanager and filesets were taken over exact.
Super Admin can handle everything right, but all changes the Super Admin will make are not shown to administrators or guests in the frontend.
I tried to update on local installation with XAMPP several times, but nothing changed.
Because I don't know what to do next, I ran my site further as 5.5.2.1, but I have to use AddOns which only run in 5.6.0 and more.
What can I do next to find the error ?

Thanks for your help.

Regards chico

Have you tried clearing C5's cache? Could be it didn't update since you made the changes.

Yes I did, everytime before and after I upgraded.
