Upgrade from 5.3.2 to 5.4.1

I just followed the directions to upgrade from 5.3.2 to 5.4.1. I have 3 errors that are showing up after the upgrade. I noticed that the files referred to in these errors are not included in the 5.4.1 installation set. They were there from the previous installation though. Here are the errors.
1 - When I go to the "File Manager" I get "Fatal error: Cannot make static method AttributeKey::getList() non static in class FileAttributeKey in /home/eaglesta/public_html/himcc/concrete/models/file_attributes.php on line 241"
2 - When I go to "Users and Groups" I get "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class UserAttributeKey in /home/eaglesta/public_html/himcc/concrete/models/user_attributes.php on line 326"
3 - When I go to "Add Functionality" I get "Fatal error: Cannot make static method AttributeKey::getList() non static in class CollectionAttributeKey in /home/eaglesta/public_html/himcc/concrete/models/collection_attributes.php on line 193"
