Upgrade from 5.4.1.1 to 5.4.2 Failed

Concrete seems to believe it did the upgrade, but now I can't see my site or my dashboard. I get the favicon, so it does connect to the host, but no content at all.

Same thing happened to me and I'm not sure what to do.
I'm in the process of restoring the backup. Might want to wait for 5.4.2.1 I guess...
We experienced the same issue with our first upgrade yesterday
The biggest problem was that the new 5.4.2 version was no longer seeing any of our custom templates. They weren't there initially; they seem to have been deleted by the upgrade, which is a big problem all on it's own.
We then pulled the custom templates from the backup, and restored them, and the system still wasn't seeing them.
We didn't find any documentation on this problem, so we were forced to restore the backup that my colleague had made and return to 5.4.1.1

I think the problem I'm having is a little different. My problem is that I can't sign in to my site at all.
The admin login takes me back to my homepage with no dashboard and it still says "sign in to edit this sight at the bottom". So now I can't edit my sight at all unless there's some other way to sign in.
It happened after I upgraded to the new version and added a new template then signed out. I don't know how to fix it because I can't access my concrete5 account at all.

Well when I click on that link it takes me tohttp://www.yoursite.com then I don't know what to do from there.
Replace yoursite with your actual domain name.
Oh wow I feel pretty stupid for not getting that thanks for the explanation! Unfortunately that is taking me to the admin login but this time when I sign in it reverts back to the admin login page again...
Never mind I got it to work! For some reason it worked when I checked the box that says remember me. Thank you so much for your help!
Cheers!
