I am installing Concrete5 through the application vault on a Plesk 11.0.9 Linux Shared Hosting account.

I can install C5 with any issue.

After the installation I login to upgrade to 5.6.2.1.

I begin downloading the upgrade and a server error appears in my browser window and the upgrade stops.

This message say:
Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Apache Server

I check my server error logs and see the following message:
mod_fcgid: read data timeout in 45 seconds, referer:http://*****/index.php/dashboard/system/backup_restore/update/... Premature end of script headers: index.php, referer:http://*****/index.php/dashboard/system/backup_restore/update/...

I am assuming this is a Plesk issue and opened a ticket with my hosting provider.

They are still looking into it. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
