Can't get into the dashboard due to this error

C5 thinks I need to upgrade to a previous version...http://www.moregoodclicks.com/index.php/tools/required/upgrade

From what version are you trying to upgrade and to what version?

trying to just get it working at this point. would like to get to 5.5.1

For a smoth upgrade you need to go from 5.4.2.2 to 5.5.1.
