Upgrade problem

Just FTP'd the concrete folder to my site to upgrade to the latest version. I went to the upgrade page and everything went fine. When it finished, it went back to the site and there was a message asking me to approve a page. I approved it and now the front page is blank. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this?
