I've upgraded my website from 5.4.0.5 to 5.4.1.
I got no errors, the upgrade said it was completed but all my blocks other then the content blocks are gone from all pages.

I've tried the upgrade in 2 ways.

1 - through the dashboard, download and install.
2. after a restore I tried it again but then by replacing the /concrete folder in the root of the site and running it manually.

both result in the same damage to the site.
