Something went wrong!

I'm not looking for help, just reporting issues.

After clicking "install" the update complete page appeared almost instantaneously and on returning to the dashboard it had clearly not worked. Sitemap page didn't work at all and nor did the Composer button on the Page Types list. When I went back to the upgrade page, it said I was fully up to date but when I went to the dashboard homepage it said I had downloaded the upgrade but not installed it. Several pages were en ding up at "Page Not Found".

I've downloaded the full package and I'm going to reinstall from scratch.
