Upgraded to Concrete 5.4.2.1 and Top Nav Bar gone.

After upgrading to Concrete 5.4.2.1 the Top Nav Bar is gone.
The pages can be seen in the site menu, and they work when visited from the site menu.
Please advise how to put the Top Nav bar back. It is the horizontal navigation bar.
