So I have downloaded the zip, unzipped it and used filezilla to replace the concrete folder in my webroot directory. I have checked the index.php file is in the same level and checked that there is a dispatcher.php file in the concrete folder. When i go to the

all iget is a message saying that i'm fully updated and currently usign version 5.3.3.1. This clearly means i'm not fully updated! where's the button that people keep talking about? how do i fix this problem?


another thing, why is this process so damn difficult and overly complicated. if you want people to use your CMS then you need a better way of upgrading the program and also one that doesn't cause so many problems.
