Upgrading from previous version changes paths

I ran an update to update C5 to the latest version however after the update my hardcoded imaages and path reference are now pointing to the updates/concrete5.0.0.2/themese/mytheme folder instead of /themes/mytheme/images

How have you hard coded your image paths?

From which version did you update and to what version (I hope you have a typo in you path above)?

I am on 5.6.0.1 and trying to upgrade to 5.6.0.2

The hardcoding in my page types that reference to the theme path is <?php echo $this->getThemePath()?>/images/logo.gif

However when I upgraded the theme path is pointing to the upgrade folder
