Upgrading has changed paths

I ran an update to update C5 to the latest version however after the update my hardcoded imaages and path reference are now pointing to the updates/concrete5.0.0.2/themese/mytheme folder instead of /themes/mytheme/images

...and you want them to point to where they are. What is the url and how exactly are the images "hardcoded"?

They are hardcoded with

$this->getThemePath()?>/images/logo.gif
