Hi , I screwed up and when doing a upgrade did not READ upgarding notes as I should have that I cannot upgrade from 5.4.11 to the current Version , My current Network administrator saved my ass and fixed what he could and got 5.4.1.1 back up and running but my dashboard is still having issues and he is not Conrete5 familiar,

This is the error ?

[error] [client 58.111.70.94] PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function getCollectionID() on a non-object in /home/caps/build/home/concrete/blocks/autonav/controller.php on line 260, referer:http://cabinetsonline.com.au/home/index.php/dashboard/...

Because of this im currently unable to update the system correctly he believes until we rectify this,

Can anybody point us in the right direction om what we need to fix.

The c5 database backup/restore truncates each table before inserting all the rows from the backup. However, a table that was added since the backup will remain intact.

The error here is one I think has been reported previously on these forums after incomplete upgrades - or incomplete reversions from failed upgrades.

As VLV001 suggests, If you have a full files and database backup, a scrub & restore is usually the cleanest way to get back.
