I am trying to upgrade and as I follow the online instructions I hit a problem early on. After choosing the "Download" button I get an error:

The following errors occurred when attempting to process your request:
Concrete was not able to save the package after download.

I presume this is permissions. Can someone advise how to get past this. I cannot find a solution on the forums. Thanks

Just discovered I'm running version5.4.1.1.
